Comparision is the death of self-confidence and the birth of inferiority!
Thanks Becks for the reminder!There i went again whining and sulking over many tiny winy nothing bits of myself. Comparing myself with others is the toughest business in the world,because there will always be someone better,greater,wiser,prettier,richer than me.Instead of looking at the goodness of a person,I envy and wish i could be that person.How silly,when actually all of us are brothers and sisters in Christ and loved equally by ABBA our Father.
"Lord,fill me with your love,hold me strong in your arms,as you look upon me with your sparkling eyes and say how precious I am in your eyes."
(We heard this phrase from an amazing brother we met in JYC conference.)
